We have just released V8.16.00 of the JumpStart C for Cortex-M. Among its many improvements and enhancements, the compiler now also supports the floating point instructions in the M4/M7 devices. Just enable it via the "Build Options->Target->Enable FPU" checkbox.

It's many times faster than the default software implementation. Currently when this option is selected, the FP support library functions (e.g. fpadd for adding two FP numbers) are replaced with versions that use the FPU. In the future, we will enable native FPU usage including using FPU registers, in the PRO version.

To upgrade your JumpStart C installation, just download and install the latest demo here.
